We aim to make God's love visible in our world. This challenges us to discover and nurture the contemplative or mystic dimension within ourselves and in those we meet so that all will come to know how the Divine can nourish our daily lives. The spiritual life is simply one in which all that a person is and does springs from our core where one is anchored in God. Thus the spiritual and the practical life are not separate. Our inner spiritual life informs and guides our choices, behaviours and our responses to the human condition.

One of the ways we make our spirituality "real" is by prayer, private prayer, prayer together in Community and sharing our faith journeys. Another way we express our spirituality is through service to all especially those most in need. We live and work so that all may be united with God and with each other.
